Role
Who you are
- 6+ years of full-cycle Engineering and Product recruiting experience working with hiring managers and closing candidates. Specifically focusing in hiring top-tier Product Managers
- Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, from individual contributors to director level positions with a focus on creating a high touch candidate experience
- Excellent networker and understand how to effectively engage high caliber candidates; must be able to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
- Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise executives on recruiting best practices
- Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
- Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while remaining an active team member

What the job involves

- Dandy is hiring an experienced contract Senior Product Recruiter to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company
- The Recruiting team owns all the end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience and hiring manager relationships
- In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional candidate experience in a super fast-growing company for the Product organization
- Partner with our product leadership team managing the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process
- Support and drive talent process improvements, leveraging data to enhance recruitment strategies
- Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent at all levels through research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals
- Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel and interview processes
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top tech talent
- Stay at the forefront of AI and tech advancements to ensure we attract the best talent in the industry
- Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies
