Partnership Manager, Welcome to the Jungle (formerly Otta)

• You have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships
• You have a track record of successfully developing, nurturing and closing partnerships with key strategic partners
• You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excited to build and scale a partnerships programme from the ground up
• You can build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including agencies, VC funds and HR providers
• You’re an excellent communicator, skilled at negotiating mutually beneficial agreements with partners, with shared success metrics
• You’re results oriented, with the ability to define and measure partnership success through clear KPIs and metrics
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and excited about building and scaling a new function

Desirable

• You will have a quarterly revenue target
• You will work closely with Jack (Commercial Director) and Sarah (Marketing Director) to help us drive commercial growth
• Develop and execute a partnerships strategy to identify, secure and maintain valuable partner relationships
• Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from prospecting to onboarding, activation and partnership management
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to align partnership goals with company objectives
• Analyse the performance of partnerships, adjusting strategies to optimise revenue generation, lead flow, and overall impact. Responsibilities will also include reporting on this performance internally, making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on how to improve the programme
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand awareness and attract potential partners
• This is an individual contributor role, on a team of 1, who will report into the UK Commercial Director. You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers

• Exploratory call with Ben (UK Staff & Operations), to understand your motivations, experience to date, & answer any initial questions you have (30 mins)
• Skills interview with Benjamin (Senior Agencies & Partnerships Manager, France) & Ed (Account Management Lead) to delve deeper into your experience. You’ll run us through the highs and lows of a partnership you’ve implemented (45 mins)
• Take home task
• Skills interview and task review with Jack (Commercial Director) and Sarah (Marketing Director) (60 mins)
• Values interview with Caroline (Country Manager) to discuss what you might bring to the role, how you might embody our values, and any final questions from you (45 mins)
