Role
Who you are
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally working at a startup
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM and demand generation
- Experience with B2B marketing SaaS tools such as marketing automation (Hubspot/Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense), and others
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, leveraging innovative marketing tactics and unconventional approaches to drive ABM success and demand generation in competitive B2B SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles and experience in refining product messaging and value propositions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and external partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- You are comfortable working in-person 5 days a week
What the job involves
- We are seeking our founding marketing hire, a B2B Growth Marketer to lead our marketing efforts and drive demand generation in a targeted set of accounts
- You will be responsible for developing and executing tailored ABM strategies, collaborating closely with sales teams to accelerate pipeline growth, and refining our product messaging to ensure alignment with customer needs

- Develop and implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to generate demand within a targeted set of accounts, with a focus on one-to-many, one-to-few, and one-to-one campaigns
- Use traditional and non-traditional demand generation approaches to generate pipeline and brand awareness
- Own development and standardization of GTM collateral (one pagers, slide decks, and blog posts)
- Execute strategies such as: paid marketing, social media, email marketing, webinars, conferences, content marketing
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns to create and accelerate pipeline in our core ICP accounts
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including leadership, AEs, ADRs, Engagement, Rev Ops, and product

Founded in 2020, Hebbia is an AI-powered search engine that processes complex requests through the use of deep learning techniques and models that aid in knowledge graph work, semantic analysis, and AI.
The first product the company produced was a Chrome plugin that upgrades the search function to reach beyond traditional text pattern matching, and instead begins to comprehend the query and how answers might be given on the page.
Raising funding from Peter Thiel, Index Ventures, Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), and Ram Sriram (one of the first Google investors) to name a few, capital has been put towards building the engineering team and accelerating the development of products on the platform, as well as expanding its customer base into that of the professional services industries.
