Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analytics or data science with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel skills
- Fluency (mastery) in complex advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, LOOKUP functions, and macros
- Experience analyzing complex data sets and identifying data trends
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 3+ years experience in Data Analytics
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analysis techniques to provide insights that enhance our talent acquisition processes
- This role requires extensive experience with advanced Excel functions, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative, global environment
- Strong aptitude for systems and process improvement

- This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a world-renowned organization while assisting our highly strategic HR team
