- 3+ years of experience in sales development or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position
- Proven success in managing and developing SDR teams to achieve ambitious targets
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, lead qualification, and sales pipelines
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive decision-making
- Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of the French market

What the job involves
- As the SDR Team Lead for France, you will take on a pivotal role in leading and developing the sales development team focused on the French market
- Your leadership will ensure the team meets and exceeds lead generation goals, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- This role is critical to driving pipeline growth, expanding market reach, and aligning with the company’s sales strategy
- You will have the exciting opportunity to mentor and manage a team of SDRs, optimize prospecting processes, and implement strategies tailored to the French market
- By collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, you will ensure the team delivers high-quality leads and contributes to the success of the overall sales cycle

- Lead and Develop the Team
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the SDR team to achieve lead generation targets and KPIs
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the team's prospecting, communication, and qualification skills
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Design and implement effective sales development strategies tailored to the French market
- Align SDR goals with broader sales and marketing objectives to ensure seamless collaboration
- Pipeline Management
- Oversee the qualification of leads to ensure a consistent and high-quality pipeline for the sales team
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and improve targeting for the French market
- Partner with sales leadership to provide feedback and ensure alignment on priorities and strategies
- Process Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
- Leverage tools and technologies to optimize prospecting workflows and reporting
