Company mission
To help marketers and media owners reach their goals through the world's leading Commerce Media Platform.
Role
Who you are
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role, ideally within technology, SaaS, e-commerce, digital media, AdTech, MarTech, or another fast-moving industry. We are equally interested in high-performing commercial talent from areas such as SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, payments, technology, or other B2B industries
- A demonstrated ability, or strong potential to prospect, create pipeline, and win new clients
- A consultative approach to selling: you are curious, ask strong questions, understand business challenges, and connect solutions to measurable outcomes
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating multiple decision-makers
- Strong commercial judgment, organization, and ownership of your opportunities
- Comfort working with data and using numbers to support client conversations and business cases
- Experience using a CRM and managing a sales pipeline; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Curiosity, resilience, and coachability. You learn quickly and are comfortable operating in an ambitious, evolving environment
- We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to own and accelerate our growth in the Polish market, acquiring new mid-sized and large clients and helping some of the region’s leading brands transform how they approach digital advertising
- This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building: creating pipeline, opening doors, developing senior client relationships, and turning new opportunities into long-term partnerships
- You will take ownership of new business growth across the Polish market, working with senior marketing and digital leaders and positioning Criteo as a strategic partner for measurable growth
- Build your market: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across the Czech market, creating your own pipeline and prioritizing the accounts with the greatest potential
- Own the full sales cycle: Lead opportunities from first outreach and discovery through solution development, negotiation, and closing
- Build senior relationships: Engage with CMOs, Heads of Digital, E-commerce leaders, Media Directors, and other decision-makers to understand their business challenges and influence their digital strategy
- Sell consultatively: Go beyond product pitching by uncovering client needs, connecting them to measurable business outcomes, and developing solutions that create long-term value
- Drive revenue growth: Deliver against ambitious quarterly and annual targets while maintaining strong pipeline coverage and accurate forecasts
- Lead with insights: Use data, market trends, client performance, and industry developments to create compelling commercial conversations
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Technical Solutions, Account Management, and other teams to deliver a strong client experience from first conversation through launch and growth
- Champion innovation: Help clients navigate changes in AI, commerce media, privacy, measurement, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem
Our take
Commerce marketing is a huge business with billions spent every year on adverts. And companies that help businesses create and deliver more targeted adverts can command a lot of value. Criteo is one such company operating in this space.
Criteo is a personalised retargeting company connecting marketers and media owners through its Commerce Media Platform, delivering richer consumer experiences. Criteo uses machine-learning technology and data to drive performance, helping marketers and media owners reach their goals.
As marketers are increasingly looking for commerce media solutions, Criteo is operating in a sought-after space. Further, around 73% of media owners seek to optimise media performance as a way to both generate awareness and drive revenue, meaning the company has a significant potential client base. Criteo has continued to make headway here, driving 5 billion ads per day, and is well set to see further adoption of its platform.
