Strategic Account Executive, Assort Health

• 8+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience, with at least 3 years selling into enterprise or strategic accounts
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing high-value deals ($250K+ ACV)
• Experience selling into healthcare provider organizations (MSOs, PE-backed platforms, large specialty groups) strongly preferred
• Command of complex sales methodologies and multi-stakeholder deal management, from champion-building to procurement
• Executive presence and the ability to engage, challenge, and persuade C-level decision-makers
• Comfort with technical products and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes

Desirable

• We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive to lead our push into the largest, most complex accounts in our market
• You'll work some of the largest provider groups in the country: national MSOs, PE-backed platform groups, and multi-region specialty organizations
• Average deal sizes range from $300K to $600K, with some reaching into the millions
• This is our highest-leverage sales role
• You'll own a named account list, run long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals from first touch to signature, and build the playbook for how Assort wins at the top of the market
• Assort Health is at an inflection point, closing millions in ARR each quarter with a lean sales team
• Strategic accounts represent our biggest expansion opportunity, and you'll shape how we pursue them
• Own the full sales cycle for a named list of strategic accounts, from account planning and prospecting through negotiation and close
• Run complex, multi-threaded deals involving C-suite stakeholders (COO, CIO, CFO, CMO), clinical leadership, IT, security, and procurement
• Navigate formal RFPs, security reviews, legal negotiations, and multi-site rollout structures
• Build multi-year account strategies that land initial deployments and expand across service lines, specialties, and regions
• Deliver executive-level product demonstrations and business cases that quantify ROI in patient access, staffing, and revenue terms
• Partner closely with sales leadership, solutions engineering, implementation, and customer success to orchestrate the full buying and deployment journey
• Stay ahead of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and enterprise buyer needs to position Assort effectively against incumbents and point solutions
• Contribute to Assort's growth by codifying strategic selling motions and mentoring the broader AE team
