Company mission
HeliosX exists to create a world where everyone can afford to access high-quality healthcare. We bring together technology, clinicians, pharmacies, operations, and brand to make care feel faster, safer, and more human.
Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced B2C Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record managing a sizable budget within a startup or scale up environment
- Our ideal candidate will be extremely analytical, data-driven, collaborative, and ready to roll up their sleeves
- German fluent speaker (where you’re based currently is less important!)
- 4+ years of professional experience managing performance marketing channels, with at least 2 in D2C high performance environments
- Very strong knowledge of paid social acquisition channels. In this role you will be working as a strategist and individual contributor
- Success driving experiments to improve LTV or significantly reduce CPA to meet LTV/CAC targets
- You have worked closely with brand and/or creative teams to develop ad concepts and hooks that are highly effective
- You’re highly analytical and data-driven! Sometimes maybe even too much. And you’re able to draw insights from ongoing analysis and connect them to customer problems/needs
- Above all, you’re growth-minded and known for solving performance challenges as they come. You don’t know it all, but you’re a fast learner. When you don’t have all the answers in front of you, you’re resourceful to seek them. You have good days and bad days, but the performance improvement journey keeps you energised and motivated
What the job involves
- Over the next five years, you’ll support our goal to become a world-leading healthcare partner, deepening our customer relationships, expanding into new countries, and diversifying our product portfolio to treat more conditions
- You’ll be part of helping more people access prescription treatments and, most importantly, making personalised care better, quicker and easier for everyone
- Own the end-to-end performance of 2+ marketing channels. Paid search and paid social to start, but then expanding out as we grow
- Execute our acquisition strategy in Germany, with a strong focus on LTV/CAC optimisation on a weekly basis
- Report on weekly performance, including insights, actions and experiment results to the wider growth department and close collaborators
- Strive to stay on top of new trends, beta access to products on Meta/Google, creative concepts, tools, and more. We have a thriving experimentation culture and we want you to be an active contributor to it!
- Obsess over competitors’s ads and general paid social trends to create inspiring briefs for the creative team and contribute to the periodic brainstorming sessions
- Leverage our marketing analytics tool (Amplitude) to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across paid social campaigns to identify opportunities for the CRO team. Think funnels, campaign performance and trend analysis, all paired with relevant customer insights
- Produce your own quarterly forecasts and roadmaps, and share them with senior leadership
- This is a full time, permanent role based in the UK, with a hybrid working arrangement (our offices are in Central London and we're ideally looking for two days per week on site)

Our take
HeliosX is a global digital healthcare group behind some of the most recognised online health brands, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. The company has earned the trust of millions of patients by combining technology with deep clinical expertise, supported by its own pharmacies, manufacturing capabilities, and in-house medical, research, and pharmacy teams.
By 2025, HeliosX had treated over 1.2M patients worldwide and established £781M in revenue, marking more than 300% year-on-year growth and established itself as a clear market leader in the UK. Its impact goes beyond commercial success too, with weight-loss treatments alone helping patients lose millions of kilograms of excess weight, contributing to meaningful improvements in long-term health outcomes. At the same time, the business expanded internationally, successfully launching in Germany and Canada while continuing to grow its presence in the US.
Now its looking towards 2026, and hopes to reach £1.6B in revenue, expand into eight global markets, and significantly widen its range of conditions and treatments, with a focus on shaping the future of digital healthcare. Its goal is to become a truly world-leading healthcare partner and one that combines scale, speed, and clinical rigour to redefine how personalised care is deliver, and to create systems and products that improve lives at a global level for years to come.
