What the job involves
- We are looking for a Business Data Associate who will support our data team, customer success and internal product development
- The initial role will entail learning back-end data processes focused on data entry, data cleanliness, and locating new process improvement opportunities
- You will also gain experience with the LevPro front-end system (Research Management, Trading Tools, Portfolio Management, Compliance) in a client-facing role. Here you will assist clients with navigating and configuring the software, answering product and implementation related questions, defining requirements and soliciting feedback
- Down the road, we envision you growing into a multi-tool player, with a complete front and back-end understanding of the product, who would contribute to building and maintaining client relationships to increase business revenue potential
- We're looking to bolster our talented team with the addition of key strategic hires to support growth
- Entering data, interpreting data and analyzing results
- Developing and using data collection systems that optimize efficiency
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases
- Analyzing data to improve customer experience
- Providing real-time customer support and feedback
- Holding product demonstrations for new customers and developing user guides
- Contributing to client onboarding and implementations to better understand client processes and build rapport with client stakeholders
- Developing and monitoring project metrics
