Who you are
- 5-8 years of proven Product Management experience within the B2B, SMB, and/or SaaS space, with a track record of progressive success
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage resources effectively and prioritize finite resources
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes, and tracking/testing delivered products against functional requirements
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and the ability to lead agile processes
- Working knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to make data-driven decisions and clearly articulate ideas in emails, proposals, and meetings
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to deliver business value
- Comfortable building relationships with partners, customers, and vendors, and influencing stakeholders outside direct reporting structures

What the job involves
- As a member of the LeagueApps Product team, the Sr. Product Manager (Product Owner) will own the product development lifecycle from idea to release for assigned products
- You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our youth sports software solutions
- You will collaborate closely with and build strong cross-functional relationships with the engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver best-in-class products that meet the evolving needs of our customers
- Our PM team is expected to continuously innovate to keep our customers and our partners on top of their game, and in return will get the opportunity to shape a product that is used by millions of people
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and priorities
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and communicate product updates
- Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation
