Who you are
- Professional Designations Required
- CFP required
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant), EA (Enrolled Agent), and other professional designation strongly preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory at a Registered Investment Advisor
What the job involves
- We are in search of individuals who are Certified Financial Planners (CFP), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), or have other professional designations and are passionate about our mission, financial planning and providing a great customer experience to join our network of financial professionals
- Conduct one-on-ones with employees at Addition Wealth’s partner companies to provide education on a variety of personal finance topics (e.g. stock options, retirement, budgeting & savings, debt management, etc.)
- Contribute to content development, programming and product for the company
- Partner with Addition Wealth’s leadership team to create frameworks for expansion

Investing is an excellent way to harvest financial wellness, from simple budgeting and debt management to preparing for retirement or to purchase a home. However, investment is difficult to navigate without expensive financial advice, and whilst many employers provide their employees with investment opportunities, this is useless without understanding how to do it effectively.
Addition Wealth provides a holistic financial wellness platform for employees, helping businesses to support their staff with successful investing, tax optimization, home purchasing, savings, and other financial wellness opportunities. In addition to providing financial advice for free, the software also includes financial health visualization dashboards, allowing employees to gain a holistic understanding of how to better their financial future.
High-quality financial advice is expensive and inaccessible to most employees, and Addition Wealth has been smart to recognize this and provide a solution, especially with companies battling a worldwide "Great Resignation". By partnering with financial advisors and financial benefit providers, the company drives its clients' revenue by promising to boost the financial wellness of its employees and thus boost productivity through increased career satisfaction.
