- Proven experience in operations or administration, in start-ups or fast-paced environments where adaptability is key
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain clear, effective systems
- A tech-savvy mindset with expertise in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and project management software
- Familiarity with IT systems management, role-based access control, or grant application processes
- An eagerness to learn and grow, embracing a continuous improvement mindset in both individual and team performance
- A proactive problem-solver who identifies inefficiencies and takes initiative to implement improvements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders and foster collaboration

- **People & Administration Support**
- Deliver a standout onboarding experience for new hires, helping them hit the ground running and feel at home with our values and culture
- Keep our HR operations seamless by managing employee records, updating handbooks, managing our HRIS system and compiling engagement survey insights
- **Business Administration Support**
- Be the backbone of our operations by centralising information management, providing ad-hoc admin support and organising unforgettable company events and team-building activities
- Take the lead on grant application processes, tackle inefficiencies, and handle ad-hoc tasks like a pro
- **Systems & Tools Management**
- Keep our tech ecosystem humming by managing hardware, software installations, and robust cybersecurity practices
- Continuously refine operational tools and systems, becoming the go-to expert for troubleshooting and improvement
- **Project Coordination**
- Collaborate across teams to drive projects forward, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are on point

Givematch is a giving platform that harnesses the power of social to enhance the effects of charitable donations. When people donate through the platform, they receive a link to share with friends, family or followers. Then, when two people donate through the link, their original donation is doubled through the company's matching system.
As well as allowing individuals to supercharge their donations, this approach is also appealing to charities and the organizations looking to donate to them. By fundraising on the platform, charities can benefit from the so-called "ripple effect" that encourages word-of-mouth to create a larger pool of donations. Businesses, meanwhile, can heighten the impact of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, as well as track and measure this impact to inform future strategies. So far, Givematch's collaborative ecosystems have raised more than £10 million for UK charities.
With this innovative approach, Givematch stands out from other giving platforms for effectively harnessing the social era towards doing good.
