Senior Frontend Developer, Devyce

• (Almost) nothing here is a hard requirement, clearly the more the better but we certainly don't expect you to have it all:
• Roughly 6+ years programming experience / 4+ years with loads of relevant (see below) experience with modern JS or TS. We'll tailor the role and salary to meet your experience, so more experience is fine but there's unlikely to be significant management responsibilities for a while
• Built responsive, real-time web apps in React that aren't just CRUD - we're making some exciting things, and they need to be slick. Give us an example if at all possible!
• You must be excited to solve problems for our customers!

Desirable

• As a senior front-end hire, you'll be expected to be largely self-sufficient while the team is small. You'll need to take the initiative and make smaller decisions, rather than expecting work to be fed to you
• You'll be contributing to big design choices that affect the entire front end (and further)
• In return, we'll support you in making those decisions. We're small enough to be open-minded about tech, although we have a preference for keeping our stack relatively small
• We care most about UX and core product reliability, although we've not always been able to meet that goal (especially around UX), while looking to ship non-core features more quickly
• We will be doing some genuinely fun stuff around NLP, as well as potentially around the nitty-gritty of VoIP. Yep, we're using GPT
• Sane hours, flexible working
