Who you are

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front-End Developer at an exciting point in our growth
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual excited by the prospect of working in a fast-growth technology business, with responsibilities including developing our front-end codebase, scaling our front-end architecture, hiring new product team members, implementing UI designs, maintaining the implementation of our design system ‘ploi’ and integrating with back-end services and APIs
The perfect candidate will be a mid-senior front-end developer with an excellent grasp of React, Next.js, and TypeScript
They should be able to think strategically about how to create scalable, reusable patterns, conduct code review whilst not being afraid to roll up their sleeves and commit code of their own
They should be familiar with conducting weekly front-end planning meetings, and agile development. You will be championing the user experience so a keen sense of design is essential
They should be passionate about technology and exploring new tools, interested in delivering quality code, be able to put themselves in the customer’s shoes

What the job involves

Develop and maintain inploi’s foundation repository
Develop and maintain inploi’s themed (white-labeled) repository
Review our engineering processes with fresh eyes
Write and deploy awesome code
Participate in discussions about the product
Support/mentor junior engineers
Conduct code reviews
