Team Lead Product Manager, AutoScout24

• You are both a strategic leader and a hands-on product expert who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience in mobile products
• Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring Product Managers
• Proven track record of delivering successful mobile app products at scale
• Experience working in agile product development environments
• Strong strategic thinking and product vision
• Deep understanding of mobile ecosystems, user behavior, and app growth strategies
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using product analytics and experimentation frameworks
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer and commercial objectives
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams

• Define and communicate the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives

• Drive mobile-first thinking across the organization and advocate for exceptional user experiences
• Establish clear product goals, success metrics, and KPIs
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers
• Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement
• Support career development, coaching, and performance management
• Establish effective product management practices, frameworks, and ways of working
• Product Delivery:
• Partner closely with Engineering Managers, UX Designers, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Drive execution from discovery through delivery and optimization
• Ensure high-quality releases and continuous product improvements
• Customer & Data Focus:
• Deeply understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing and iterative product development
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize key metrics
• Stakeholder Management:
• Align cross-functional teams around product priorities and strategic initiatives
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes to senior leadership
