Role
Who you are
- If you're seeking a rapidly scaling company with the right product market fit, in the right market conditions, with an engaged and experienced executive team, and amazing humans to sell alongside, you're going to want to check us out!
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, data platforms, or cloud solutions selling to prospects/customers at an enterprise level
- 2+ years of field experience with in-person customer engagement
- Proven success running complex enterprise sales cycles in data infrastructure, developer tooling, or adjacent technical domains selling to engineering, data, or platform teams
- A history of consistent success in meeting or exceeding new business quotas in high-growth environments
- Comfort with data orchestration, analytics, or related technologies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with perseverance and accountability
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
Desirable
- Experience selling to data teams, developers, or technical buyers
- Background in data orchestration or Airflow-related technologies
- Prior success in a startup or high-growth environment
What the job involves
- We are actively seeking a motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our London based sales team!
- This is a hunting role working with companies over 1000 employees. You will play a critical role in the success of the region driving revenue in new logo accounts and expanding our existing customer base

Workflow management tools for data engineering pipelines such as Apache Airflow makes the development process significantly simpler, but managing it manually is still a repetitive, convoluted, and time-consuming process.
Astronomer provides a data orchestration platform called Astro powered by Apache Airflow, aiming to automate its data pipeline management processes, unify data flows, and ultimately help businesses to access the software's full potential without DevOps. The company claims that its collaborative system helps teams to build data pipelines faster, increase data availability, ensure runtime environments are reliable within cloud infrastructures, and provide a holistic overview of business data.
