Who you are
- 3–4 years of experience in web development, with a primary focus on Webflow
- Extensive expertise in Webflow CMS, including best practices for content modeling and structuring scalable collections
- Proficient in core web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a robust understanding of the DOM, box model, and related concepts
- Proven experience in building multi-platform components (Mobile, Web) that are cross-browser compatible and responsive to different screen sizes
- Demonstrated ability to create accessible and localized web experiences
- Working knowledge of site health and performance best practices
- Experience with integrating and automating workflows using tools like Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms, with a focus on empowering non-technical users
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside Senior Webflow Developers and other team members
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
What the job involves
- Vanta is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our growing web team
- In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Web Developer and cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and optimize our company website
- You will be working as a key contributor collaborating on projects that enhance our digital presence
- Develop and maintain the company website using Webflow, ensuring a responsive design and seamless user experience
- Collaborate with the Senior Web Developer and key stakeholders to implement new features and drive continuous improvements
- Manage and optimize the Webflow CMS, focusing on effective content structuring to enable dynamic, scalable, and efficient workflows
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to integrate the website with product offerings, GTM systems, billing, pricing, and packaging
- Implement and maintain analytics and tracking systems to assess website performance and user behavior
- Automate website-related processes, empowering non-technical team members through external tools such as Airtable, Zapier, and other process automation platforms
- Continuously enhance the website to improve performance, accessibility, and conversion rates

The security auditing process is usually very time-consuming, taking hours to complete, and it is often difficult for start-ups to invest time into such a process. Yet, the benefits of security accreditation are enormous, mainly as many such businesses are working globally and need ways to demonstrate security compliance to one another. Vanta works specifically with start-ups to help them complete and pass security audits such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
The company is a compliance portal and security monitoring platform that businesses use to assess their risk levels. Vanta carries out a pre-audit of a company's digital security and highlights areas that need to be worked on before a full analysis of all threats is carried out. Other businesses such as Datadog or PagerDuty offer similar security monitoring services, but Vanta monitors its customers throughout the year, allowing any issues to be identified and addressed early on.
Vanta has found a valuable cybersecurity niche within the giant SaaS market. Companies such as Lattice, Clubhouse, and Calm are all customers, demonstrating a growing trend for companies to manage their cybersecurity proactively, which Vanta should be able to take advantage of to further grow and develop into the future.
