Designer, Notion

• 4–8 years experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (interaction design, human-computer interaction, etc)
• Outstanding portfolio of relevant, consumer- and/or enterprise-facing work
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage ideas; an ability to turn nebulous prompts into actionable outcomes
• Commitment to typographic excellence, and sensitivity to the most minute details
• Strong systems-thinker, and a self-starter who brings new ideas and approaches to the table
• Compelling presentation and communication skills, with a habit of proactive communication
• A desire to review work, mentor others, and co-create with partners from different background and expertises
• Thorough understanding of the modern suite of design tools, including Figma
