Who you are
- We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing technology, data analysis, and process optimization—ideally gained at high-growth B2B software companies
- Have 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, including managing headcount and working with leadership
- Bring deep expertise in full-of-funnel strategies that fuel conversion and measurable pipeline growth
- Have successfully defined and deployed privacy and consent management procedures to comply with regulations like GDPR and CCPA
- Understand how sales, finance, marketing, and sales development interlock from a planning perspective
- Prove your ability to translate data into insights that drive business outcomes
- Demonstrate global project management experience, partnering with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
- Know how to document business processes and policies effectively
- Are proficient in and familiar with the following systems:

What the job involves
- DuploCloud is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead our Marketing Operations team.
- In this role, you’ll develop and implement processes, technology, and data strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing organization.
- Leading the development and optimization of a marketing technology stack, integrating platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, 6Sense, Outreach, Google Analytics, and Domo
- Auditing and enhancing marketing data strategies, including managing lead lists, data enrichment, and maintaining data integrity across multiple channels
- Collaborating with marketing teams to create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Optimizing campaign response-to-MQL processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to refine lead management, routing, scoring, and nurturing
- Building and managing a lead scoring methodology that prioritizes prospects effectively and aligns with business goals
- Defining and implementing email marketing strategies using platforms like HubSpot or Outreach, ensuring effective execution and alignment with objectives
- Leading A/B testing efforts to identify best practices and continuously improve marketing tactics and strategies
- Managing marketing operations budgets and technology renewals, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for optimization
- Aligning marketing targets with sales objectives, fostering collaboration between teams
- Developing and delivering training programs to ensure marketing teams are proficient in using tools and processes
- Effectively managing organizational change, aligning teams around new initiatives and operational improvements

DuploCloud was created in response to what its founder called a “technical inequity in the cloud development space", having discovered a lack in automation techniques while working on Microsoft Azure's cloud software. In short, it was founded to address the lack of diversity in built-for-purpose tools for the cloud infrastructure provision space.
The company's suite of products includes automated provisioning, compliance services, and integration tools for more than 500 cloud services. Working with both startups and hypergrowth companies, the aim is to help companies manage their cloud services without having to build their own automation tools or rely on impersonal cloud giants like Microsoft and AWS.
Its target market then are companies that want scalable cloud provision tools that would otherwise cost millions to build and maintain. The company is clearly on to something, as it boasts an annual recurring revenue that grew 700% between 2021 and 2023. It has also successfully raised $32 million in Series B funding, which exemplifies the demand for its market gap-bridging product.
