The dedication from the management team to make sure everyone is supported and well equipped to complete their role successfully is impressive. They are all professional, approachable and highly respected.

The people at IMP Software really make it a special place to work. Although we all mostly work remotely, I feel like I have got to know other colleagues really well and have formed genuine connections. This has been helped by semi-regular work meet-up days. These meet-ups cement what a great place it is to work; everyone is willing to have a chat and you can see across the business that people are passionate about the product.

I started at IMP Software as an apprentice and since then I have had numerous opportunities in different roles. This exposure has been really great in helping me choose a career path that best suits me. It's fantastic as well that management are willing to have open discussions about progression and won't shy away from hiding opportunities. They take into consideration what is best for you as well as the business.

Working from home naturally allows for a degree of flexibility that working in an office full-time could never. At IMP, the attitude is very much give-and-take. As long as you're on top of your work you can flex your hours slightly, go to an appointment, do school runs, or do whatever else life throws at you. This is really positive in helping with work-life balance.

The team at IMP are an amazing group. Everyone is passionate about the company and their role. From the very first day I've felt welcome and supported, making me comfortable within the team.

At IMP, we have weekly Team meetings. Anyone can ask questions freely and any new ideas raised about work processes are strongly encouraged. You have a genuine feeling that no idea is a bad idea and will receive good feedback on anything raised.

My line manager is very supportive. He is always there for advice whenever there are uncertainties with any task and always involves me when there are new situations to learn from. He encourages and supports career growth which is part of IMP culture.

I have a young family, which means my working hours are often impacted at the beginning and end of the day, but having an embedded, mature approach to Flexitime, means I can be there for my children when needed. The annual Family fun day, is something which is core to the values of IMP, which I've never fully experienced at any other organisation. The care and attention shown to all employee-families, is something which will be hard to replicate elsewhere, I love it!

Having worked in schools for 7 years, and outside in a commercial role for the last 8 years, it's rare to find a product which is valued by its customers as highly as IMP Planner. Which means we're driven, everyday, to ensure they feel valued, which impacts their working day, so they too can be efficient and successful in their role. We stretch ourselves, to continuously improve, to ensure we deliver the best value to our Trusts. The one thing which runs across every team member is; we're all pulling in the same direction, to deliver better products, to make schools and Trusts become more efficient by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

I love working for IMP because the software is making a hugely positive impact directly to the education sector. It makes your job worthwhile when you know it is having a positive impact on children.

The leadership at IMP is second to none. The team are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and have great communication. The positive mindset and hard-working attitude filters through the rest of the business making it a great place to work.
