Who you are
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Professional to join our dynamic team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus
- Proven experience in FP&A and strategic finance roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment
What the job involves
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for a dual role, combining Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expertise with a strong focus on strategic finance initiatives
- This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of the company, providing insights, and driving informed decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support key business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial information for reporting purposes
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances
- Work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to overall business strategy
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate potential investments, partnerships, and other strategic opportunities
- Assess and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
- Provide recommendations on capital allocation, resource optimization, and business growth strategies
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish realistic and achievable financial goals
- Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Provide actionable insights to improve budgeting accuracy and align financial goals with business objectives
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile financial data and address discrepancies
- Present financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, communicating financial performance and trends
