Our take

AssessFirst is well-established HR tech company that's been helping businesses make smarter hiring decisions since 2002. Using behavioural science and predictive analytics, its platform goes beyond resumes to identify candidate with the highest potential to thrive in a specific company and role. Over the years, AsssessFirst has built a rich dataset of more than 5M profiles, and today, it supports around 4,000 companies looking to improve performance, lower recruitment costs, and boost employee retention.

Now a clear leader in predictive recruitment across Europe (with especially strong growth in the UK, Benelux, and Italy) the company is entering an exciting new phase. It recently launched its AI Voice Agent, a conversational tool that evaluates both technical skills language fluency with a level of nuance comparable to a human expert. This innovation is helping companies speed up hiring decisions without sacrificing quality or fairness. With momentum on its side and expansion into the US underway, AssessFirst is continuing to redefine what smarter, science-based recruitment looks like on global scale.
