Who you are
- 4–8+ years of closing experience (Commercial / Mid-Market)
- Proven success running multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong outbound, inbound, and deal management skills
- Deep comfort selling technical SaaS (DevOps / dev tools a big plus)
- Self-directed, organized, and highly accountable
- “Get stuff done” mentality with strong ownership mindset
- Bonus: Spanish-speaking
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to own larger, more complex deals across scaling tech companies. This role sits at the intersection of product-led growth and consultative sales, working with technical buyers and broader stakeholder groups. You’ll help define how Aikido wins in the mid-market and have meaningful influence on our GTM strategy
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts
- Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups
- Convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals
- Run structured discovery and value-based demos
- Partner with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
