What the job involves
- As an Employee Experience Intern you will help create a meaningful and engaging workplace for our employees through a blend of administrative support, program coordination, and creative projects
- You’ll assist with onboarding logistics, benefits documentation, wellness initiatives, internal communications, and in-person events
- This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to multiple areas of HR, culture, and operations at a fast-growing tech company
- Support logistics, materials, and checklists for onboarding
- Coordinate first-day experiences and gather feedback
- Organize and track benefit usage
- Maintain internal benefits documentation
- Research and suggest perk/wellness improvements
- Assist in planning in-person events and team activities
- Support internal comms, celebrations, and culture initiatives
- Maintain records and systems
- Help with documentation and internal process improvements

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company has expanded beyond endpoint security into a broader AI-powered cybersecurity platform spanning endpoint, cloud, identity, and IT operations. This gives SentinelOne access to a larger enterprise market, although it also it also places the company in direct competitions with established cybersecurity leaders, including its biggest rival, CrowdStrike.
As cyberattacks become increasingly automated, the company is expanding its capabilities beyond detection to include AI-driven threat response, helping security teams contain attacks more quickly.
