Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years of experience managing partnerships programs with influencers
- High-intensity, resourceful, and ability to move fast with highly effective campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, processing and converting data into actionable insights
- Top-notch relationship development and management skills
- Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up
- A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done and grow the business
- Experience with partnerships management tools (e.g., Podscribe, Impact) is a plus
What the job involves
- The Partnerships Manager will own all of Eight Sleep’s podcast, influencer and affiliate partnerships campaigns, maximizing return on investment and monitoring performance at a partner level
- Own relationships with influencers, podcasts and other key partnerships
- Collaborate with the international marketing team to grow the partnerships program internationally
- Own the influencer database ensuring information on how much we are spending, with whom, and when is always up-to-date
- Own air check tracking for all campaigns
- Identify new relationships with influencers and other partners by conducting extensive market, audience, and competitor research
- Own the activation of each of these partners, including contracts, product shipping and activation, gathering key assets, and setting up landing pages and discount codes in internal systems
- Support in the coordination of media and influencer events
- Run data analysis, build dashboards and report on insights on an ongoing basis while helping improve our analytical capabilities

Eight Sleep makes “smart” mattresses and mattress covers (for regular mattresses) that use machine learning and other artificial intelligence-based algorithms to improve your sleep both by changing temperature and monitoring other physical parameters to provide an overall picture of your health.
The company is focused on two levers for growth. First, building out more technology through additional products and acquisitions, exemplified by the introduction of Span Health’s fitness-tracking app. Secondly, international expansion in Europe, where it has got off to an impressive start in the UK.
