Role
Who you are
- A proven track record leading design teams to deliver successful B2B platform products
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in platform design, UI/UX design, and branding
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Experience designing a data-intensive product
Desirable
- Experience designing a product with machine learning components
- Experience taking a product from 0-1
What the job involves
- Leadership of the design capabilities across our Frontier platform, with a key focus on embedding design systems and implementing a design-centric approach to our product development
- Shape and execute the design strategy for Frontier
- Work closely with our product team, solution engineers, sales engineers and wider organisation to move the culture of our product to a genuinely design-centric one
- Oversee the creation and implementation of design assets including UI/UX, illustrations and relevant visual elements
- Work closely with product squads to integrate design into the development lifecycle

The team have developed a platform with large cloud computing space for accessing large amounts of data usable to design and test AI models. As businesses realise the importance of using data to drive growth and stay competitive, Faculty have focused on making AI real through real world deployments and aim provide data to organisations so that they can make better decisions.
Faculty has worked with clients in a range of different industries, including healthcare, retail, government and energy. They are just one of the many companies utilising AI, but it’s their ability to work alongside organisations and apply the findings that will really help them to succeed.
