What the job involves
- Skello is growing fast. To fuel this momentum, the Growth team runs constant experiments across outbound, automation, and content
- As a Growth Intern, you will play a key role in helping us generate new leads through a mix of prospecting tactics, smart tools, and original content creation. This is a unique opportunity to develop both analytical and creative skills in a fast-paced environment
- Launch outbound campaigns
- Identify and qualify leads by building smart workflows and enriching data
- Run A/B tests to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions
- Propose and create short-form videos (if you are comfortable): social content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or paid UGC-style ads
- Edit, publish, and optimize your content with support from the Growth and Creative teams
- Analyze campaign and content performance to identify what works and scale it
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on business goals

When it first launched, Skello concentrated on serving businesses in the hospitality industry, using an SaaS approach to streamline complicated staffing patterns. Since then, the company has successfully widened its scope, and is now used by thousands of customers, including big-name brands such as Adidas and Starbucks.
