Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years experience integrating marketing technology solutions
- Minimum of 5 years experience driving digital experience or marketing initiatives across a variety of channels, with an emphasis on email and SMS activation
- Experience operating a marketing automation platform (Iterable preferred) and working with various MarTech platforms (analytics, CDP, Identity matching etc)
- Prior experience marketing to employee, health plan and/or Public Sector populations is a plus
- Collaboration super star who is a true self starter and values winning as a team
- Superb organization; comfort managing a project from end to end, demonstrating attention to detail throughout
- Customer orientation and insights-led approach to marketing and experimentation
- Track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams
What the job involves
- Big Health is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Technology & Operations Manager to build and drive the success of Big Health’s customer marketing technology stack
- In this role you will lead the integration of Big Health’s marketing and analytics tools, operationalize execution from our martech stack, and execute the long term strategy for successfully driving enrollment driven & optimized by Big Health’s martech stack
- Serve as a thought leader within the company in the current and future strategy, design, and operation of Big Health’s enrollment marketing engine
- Act as company SME for our marketing automation platforms (primarily Iterable) and interface with the Product team on post enrollment member journeys
- Operate with a data driven approach to all aspects of enrollment marketingMap current and future use cases to build lifecycle specific campaigns
- Build automation flows, segmentation, and journeys within Iterable
- Translate campaign and operational requirements to functional technical requirements within the Martech stack
- Enable ongoing performance monitoring leveraging analytics dashboardsDevelop testing framework for ongoing performance monitoring
- Constantly seek to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customerIdentify opportunities for collaboration with other complimentary benefit vendors to cross-promote within a client population

Mental health has accelerated as a topic in public discussion over the past decade, leading to the rise of products such as Calm and Headspace, promoting positive mental health through meditation and quality sleep. Big Health delivers digital therapeutics for the most prevalent mental health conditions, beginning with "Sleepio" for insomnia, and "Daylight" for anxiety.
There are many products competing to become part of our daily routine for sleep and mental well-being, with some taking a more scientific approach than others. Big Health's products are scientifically backed, with its main product Sleepio being proven to help for sleep and mental health. The company's main selling point is that goals are personalized as the product learns about each user, delivering unique experiences for different people.
Given the complexity of mental wellness, there should be plenty of space for new techniques/products for years to come, meaning that Big Health should be afforded plenty space to grow. The company has taken the approach of selling to businesses (so it can provide the product to its employees) - a smart strategy as individuals aren't yet used to spending large amounts on mental well-being.
