- Experience working with Salesforce and/or Zouora is a big plus
- Experience with tech support or product support
- Experience with phone and email-based support

What the job involves
- Support a team of 10+ to enhance customers' issue-to-resolution experience and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Be the voice of the customer to advocate for the best customer experience and work closely with different functions to facilitate continuous improvement
- Owning the day-to-day operation of the US Customer Support team and empowering the team to be effective in their roles
- Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience for our users
- Provide feedback for optimizing the processes that we currently work with
- Providing the right resolution in an efficient matter via phone and email
Our take
Statistics is a huge part of sports, from improving tactics based on the analysis of training sessions to the live-tracking of match events by fans. However, collecting the relevant in-game data for the analysis of a game is almost impossible to keep up with, limiting the breadth of information that can be learned from and shared.
Veo provides sports live-streaming camera technology that allows sports teams to automatically broadcast games, whilst AI analyzes the gameplay to produce statistics. These statistics are aggregated into analytic dashboards that help teams uncover actionable insights from the statistics of games, in addition to providing viewers with crucial real-time updates.
Whilst Veo is not the first company to use technology to provide AI-driven sports statistics, the company’s technology relies solely on cameras as opposed to smart sports apparatus, allowing the solutions to be applied to any ball game. The company aims to boost viewership and engagement between sports teams and their fans, whilst providing teams with the analysis tools necessary to learn from their gameplay on a granular level. In 2023, Veo partnered with several UK county football associations to drive engagement with their respective fans.
