Full Stack Engineer, Trust Lab

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development
• Deep expertise in React and Typescript and frontend application architecture
• Solid backend experience with Python and relevant frameworks
• Strong UX sensibility and attention to detail in UI implementation

• While you'll work across the stack, this role will be frontend-heavy, focused on building rich, performant, and intuitive interfaces that help users take action on complex, large-scale safety data

• Lead the development of user-facing applications using React and modern frontend tooling
• Build clean, scalable backend services using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask) as needed
• Design and implement intuitive interfaces for analysts and reviewers working on online safety
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and ML teams to ship impactful features quickly
• Own projects from start to finish and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive best practices in frontend architecture, performance, and testing
