- Prior experience of engagement models/strategies as well as the execution and follow up of employee engagement pulse checks

What the job involves
- The interim Culture and Engagement Manager will be joining our People Experience (PEx) to focus on maintaining ongoing culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives that supports the PEx team in aligning the business and its people
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a supportive team, and have an impact in delivering work that impacts our employees across the group
- Maintain delivery of ongoing culture and engagement activities in partnership with the Head of Talent, Culture & Engagement
- Support the continued implementation of the existing Culture & Engagement strategy, ensuring activities remain aligned to current business priorities
- Coordinate and manage existing employee engagement initiatives (e.g., employee surveys, pulse checks, wellbeing events)
- Support the delivery and follow-up of engagement surveys, ensuring results are shared and action plans are monitored
- Continue running key annual or periodic events and campaigns (e.g., International Women’s Day, International Men’s Day, Hack Day), ensuring consistency and smooth execution
- Liaise with the Internal Communications Manager to maintain ongoing engagement campaigns (e.g., TAG Talks, Show & Tells)
- Support the operation of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and the Global Culture Champions Network, providing coordination and administrative support
- Provide advice and support on day-to-day culture and engagement matters to managers and employees
- Collaborate with PEx and HR colleagues to ensure alignment with the broader HR and People Experience initiatives
- Ensure smooth handover back to the permanent Culture & Engagement Manager at the end of the contract

Reece joined TAG as an Associate Software Engineer in May 2019. Within 5 months, they advanced to Software Engineer, then to Senior in under two years, and by September 2024, became Staff Engineer.
Sarah joined TAG as a Project Manager in 2017 in the Toronto office. They found their true calling in Sales and made an internal move a couple of years later and have since advanced to become a Strategic Sales Executive.
Rodrigo initially worked with TAG as a Contractor before joining the UK team permanently as a Commercial Operations Analyst. Since then, they moved to the Madrid office as a Business Operations Manager.
