Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying experience in a full cycle closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
- Minimum 1 year experience selling to mid-market sized businesses
- Ability to discuss Atlar's value proposition with C-level executives, finance teams, and decision makers
- Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations
- Consultative sales approach and comfortable leveraging analytical & quantitative skills
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup
- Self-starter and motivator

What the job involves
- As an Account Executive at Atlar, you are a proven hunter & sales closer with a track record of quota attainment and overachievement
- We believe strongly in our value proposition of aligning incentives with our customers and you will bring it to life through the sales process with C-Level executives and key decision makers, supported by the full Atlar organization including the founders
- As an early member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to help build the sales engine and define the sales strategy that fuels the growth of the company!
- Drive revenue for Atlar, owning the entire sales cycle through close
- Develop strategies for closing opportunities within your assigned territory
- Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and pain points
- Articulate Atlar’s value proposition by using the appropriate sales messaging and MEDDICC
- Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in HubSpot
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback

Our take
While personal banking has run headfirst into the digital age, business banking has not innovated at the same pace – with many B2B transfers still handled manually. This is in part because the costs of building the infrastructure to support automated payments, in time and money, are too high for most companies to consider. Atlar is building an API to facilitate bank-to-bank payments for European businesses, automate money movement, and free up businesses to focus on their mission and growth.
Atlar was founded in 2022, with the mission to bring payments automation to Europe’s businesses. Its platform automates all payments activities, from initiating transfers to handling direct debits, directly with the company’s existing bank partners. In addition, users can access the company’s bank data through a dashboard to track money movement easily.
Atlar has secured good levels of funding to expand operations and increase business reach. As a young company, it will certainly be interesting to see how its product develops into the future.
