• Education & Experience: 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital, retail/e-commerce, print, advertising, and trade show/large-format materials
• Design Suite Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
• Hands-On AI Experience: Active experience or strong interest in leveraging generative AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, generative resizing tools) to accelerate creative production and scale output
• B2C & B2B/B2E Versatility: Demonstrated ability to transition fluidly between high-velocity consumer ad creative/social assets and formal corporate presentations, print collateral, and event signage
• Process & Asset Management: Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to maintaining file systems, naming conventions, and digital asset libraries
• Collaboration & Communication: Self-starter with strong communication skills and a track record of taking initiative across cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) and external agency partners under fast-paced schedules
• Brand Stewardship: A genuine interest in learning, applying, and protecting brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints

• We're looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer who is ambitious, hardworking, and highly organized to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly, take ownership of brand execution across a wide range of formats, and actively use AI tools to work faster and scale output without sacrificing quality or brand consistency
• You'll design for both consumer and professional audiences, moving fluidly between fast-turnaround digital graphics and polished, presentation-ready materials. You'll become a trusted steward of our brand, able to take a single creative concept and adapt it intelligently across dozens of formats, sizes, and channels
• Create digital graphics for Amazon and retail storefronts (product listings, A+ content, banners)
• Design website storefront assets and landing page graphics
• Build digital advertising creative across paid social, display, and programmatic channels
• Design sales collateral, one-pagers, and leave-behinds
• Build and refine presentation decks for internal and external audiences
• Create tradeshow materials, booth graphics, and large-format event signage
• Support brand consistency across professional touchpoints
• Produce social media graphics and campaign assets across platforms
• Use AI tools (e.g., generative image, generative voiceover, resizing, layout, and copy-assist tools) to accelerate design production and reduce turnaround time
• Build efficient systems/templates for resizing and adapting creative across multiple formats and channels
• Proactively identify opportunities where AI can scale design output without compromising brand quality
• Stay current on emerging AI design tools and bring recommendations to the team
• Learn and internalize brand guidelines (voice, color, typography, logo usage) and apply them consistently and independently
