Lead Product Manager, Attest

• Commercial results you can evidence precisely. You've taken products from concept to customer and can tell us exactly what happened next: how much adoption you drove, how you drove it, and what it meant for revenue. You understand B2B go-to-market and build for both buyers and users
• Hands-on experience using AI to change how work gets done. You've worked with LLMs and generative AI in your product over the last year or two. Beyond that, you've built workflows, agents or automations that changed a core part of your own job, and you've helped others adopt them
• The sharpness to see what others miss. You connect dots across customers, data and the market. You ask the question that's two levels deeper than everyone else's, and you want to understand the why before you execute. You're comfortable challenging the status quo, including leadership's direction
• Clear, credible communication with any audience. You can defend a decision when an engineer pushes back, and change your mind when they're right. You build excitement with senior stakeholders and handle customer conversations with confidence
• Strong partnerships with commercial teams. Collaborating with Engineering and Design comes naturally to you. You've also worked just as closely with Sales, Customer Success or Marketing to get products to market
• Ownership of your mistakes. You can talk openly about what went wrong on a product, what you learned and what you'd do differently
• A high quality bar and technical credibility. You have a strong eye for design and can tell when something is close but not there yet. You treat that gap as yours to close. You're comfortable in full-stack environments and know when to push back on a technical decision

• Attest is entering a period of significant product and commercial transformation, and we're looking for a Lead Product Manager to help lead it. You'll be equally comfortable turning an early, unproven idea into a real product and taking an established proposition further into growth
• You'll be judged on outcomes, not output. That means adoption you can measure, and revenue you can trace back to it. You'll lead cross-functional squads through discovery and delivery, work side by side with our commercial teams, and spend real time with the enterprise customers you're building for
• AI-native by design. You'll work at the leading edge of B2B AI, building a product that changes how our customers work. You'll bring the same mindset to how we work: designing AI workflows and tools that reshape your own role and raise the bar for the teams around you
• True product ownership. You'll own the full lifecycle, from discovery to launch and beyond. That means balancing steady, incremental improvement on live products with bold new bets
• Real commercial impact. You'll build enterprise-ready products and make sure they win in the market. Success here is measured in usage and revenue, not features shipped
• A seat at the table, and a licence to challenge it. You'll work directly with leadership and help set the commercial narrative for where our product goes next. We want you to question the direction, including ours, when the evidence points elsewhere
• Driving commercial outcomes. You'll turn business goals and customer insight into a clear product direction, and be the primary driver of product-market fit in your area. You'll define the adoption and revenue metrics that matter, and track them closely
• Leading discovery and the roadmap. You'll own your roadmap end to end, lead discovery and make the hard prioritisation calls. You'd rather get a small version in front of customers quickly than spend months perfecting something unproven
• Building AI into the product, and into how we work. You'll build AI and ML directly into the product, using new capabilities to solve B2B problems that weren't solvable two years ago. You'll also automate and rethink core product workflows, and share what you build so others can use it too
• Partnering with go-to-market. You'll work hand in hand with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to shape positioning, launches and pricing, so what we build is something customers buy
• Communicating in every direction. You'll get leadership excited about your vision, hold your own with an engineering team that's customer-focused and will challenge your thinking, and present with confidence to enterprise clients
• Getting hands-on. We're a small team that moves quickly. You'll write specs, build and test prototypes and dig into the data yourself. If you need a layer of project managers to get things done, this isn't the right fit
