Who you are
- 3–7 years in sales, business development, or growth in a high-performance environment
- Experience closing complex deals (contracts, multi-stakeholder, $25K+ or equivalent)
- Strong customer-facing, written/presentation communication skills as well as proficient hard skills in Powerpoint and Excel
- Industry knowledge (retail, real estate)
- Proven ability to successfully manage a deal pipeline
- A strong interest in and at least an intermediate understanding of retail and emerging retail brands
- Strong business acumen and business relationship building skills
- Clear and effective negotiating skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Past experience in Salesforce or another CRM is a plus

- As a National Account Executive, you will be on the front lines of our growth - sourcing, developing, and closing partnerships with the most exciting consumer brands in the market
- You’ll own deals end-to-end, from first conversation through signed contract, and play a key role in shaping how our platform evolves
- You’ll work across teams - real estate, marketing, finance, operations - and be dropped into high-stakes conversations with founders, executives, and decision-makers at top brands

- Drive new business: Own the full sales cycle - from sourcing and qualification through underwriting, pitching, negotiation, and close
- Create opportunity: Match supply (real estate) with demand (brands) to generate compelling store proposals

A testament to its success, Leap experienced an astounding fourfold surge in sales during 2021, successfully inaugurating 50 stores across a diverse array of eight markets. 4 years later, its store count has doubled, counting among its customers Ring Concierge, Godiva and Malbon Golf. 2025 funding is being channelled into store network expansion and retail ops development through investment in its platform and data analytics.
