Sales Development Representative, Homebase

Desirable

• In this role, you'll be on the front lines of growth — the first voice small business owners hear from Homebase. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you own the top of the funnel: prospecting, qualifying, and booking high-quality meetings that set our AEs up to close. This is a high-activity, high-accountability role where your pipeline numbers tell the story every single day
• Run a high-volume outbound motion — 100+ dials and 150+ total touches per day across calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Prospect and qualify small business owners ready to modernize how they hire and manage teams
• Book 10–15+ qualified discovery calls per week and hand off to AEs with clean, useful context
• Own your metrics daily — you know your conversion rates, call-to-connect ratios, and meeting-to-show rates cold
• Maintain enterprise CRM hygiene (Salesforce or HubSpot) — 100+ logged activities per day, every day
• Execute multi-channel sequences with urgency and personalization — not spray-and-pray
• Use AI tools and sales automation daily to research prospects, personalize outreach, and move faster
• Partner closely with AEs to sharpen targeting and improve handoff quality over time
