Sales Operations Analyst, SmartAsset

• Comfortable running analyses in spreadsheets - know how and when to use lookups, pivots, sums/counts/ifs
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM - know how to navigate salesforce and modify basic reports and dashboards
• Ability to navigate and find/access resources in a remote work environment
• Have an innate curiosity to carry out deep dives into the business to find areas for optimization
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace services (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Mail, Cal, etc)

• Partake in operationalizing strategic initiatives in support of the broader Strategy & Operations team
• Serve as a steward of data fidelity and data hygiene across our sales tech stack
• Support GTM functions including account assignments, sales promotions, customer activations, etc
