Role
Who you are
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- 7+ years of experience in IT
- 4+ years of experience in a customer service environment
- 4+ years of experience working with Okta as an IDP and IAM service
- Deep understanding of SSO and a strong security background
- Strong familiarity with working within ITIL framework
- Ability to define, drive, and deliver complex projects
- Understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, cloud-based AI services)
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI models
What the job involves
- Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure
- Use standalone code, webhooks, or API integrations to optimize and interconnect our SaaS environment
- Guide “build vs. buy” decisions for integrations and tooling for IT and other departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and design to deployment and monitoring
- Apply the grease of automation to the squeaky wheel of processes for IT and our cross-functional partners
- With the IT leadership to help drive functional areas of IT through process and technology
- Collaborate with IT teammates and other stakeholders to mature our ITIL processes
