Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of relevant experience as an employee experience specialist at a high-tech company
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with great interpersonal skills, passion for excellent service, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and juggling multiple high-priority projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
