Who you are
- The Commercial Leader: You have significant experience leading Account Management, Customer Success or another commercial post-sales function within B2B SaaS
- The Growth Driver: You have a proven track record of improving retention and generating expansion revenue from enterprise customers
- The Player-Coach: You stay close to the detail, coach regularly and are comfortable challenging the team when performance needs to improve
- The Enterprise Negotiator: You’re confident navigating complex renewals, pricing decisions and senior stakeholder conversations
- The Data-Led Operator: You use customer health, pipeline and performance data to make decisions, improve forecasts and focus the team
- The Hunter: You proactively look for growth opportunities rather than waiting for customers to come to you
- The Global Collaborator: You can operate effectively across UK and US teams, work across time zones and travel when required

- We are now looking for a commercially driven Head of Account Management to lead our function across the UK and US
- You’ll develop a high-performing team, strengthen retention and unlock the significant growth opportunity within our existing enterprise customer base

- What You’ll Achieve:
- Build a High-Performing Team: Lead, coach and challenge our Account Managers, creating clear expectations, strong accountability and a consistent commercial approach
- Protect and Grow Revenue: Strengthen renewal discipline, identify risk early and ensure clear plans are in place to improve retention
- Unlock Expansion: Build a proactive approach to identifying whitespace, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer base
- Elevate Strategic Accounts: Ensure account plans connect customer objectives, product adoption, renewal strategy and long-term growth
- Lead Commercial Conversations: Support complex renewals, pricing discussions, deal structures and executive-level negotiations
- Create Predictability: Bring rigour to forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting so leadership has a clear view of risk and opportunity
- Connect the Business: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and other teams to align customer and commercial priorities

In a similar way to how Slack enables communication and task management in computer-based jobs, YOOBIC’s platform is tailored towards the front-line, deskless workforce. Beyond communication through its news feed and chat features, it also caters to HR and mobile-driven training, as well as task and inventory management.
YOOBIC is one of a number of startups targeting this underserved space, which accounts for around 80% of the global workforce. Though there’s plenty of competition from the likes of Crew and ServiceMax, YOOBIC has grown to operate in almost one hundred countries for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Puma, Boots, Mazda, Domino’s, Vans, and Peloton.
With good funding at its back, YOOBIC's intention is to continue its rapid international expansion while adding more industry-specific features to its product stack.
