Role
Who you are
- Proven experience designing and managing enterprise SaaS business systems in technology companies, ideally in SaaS or FinTech
- Expertise in cloud-native environments, system data models, and master data management
- Strong knowledge of Go-To-Market, Quote-to-Cash, Accounting, and Financial Planning processes
- Hands-on experience as a Business Systems Administrator supporting Finance, Revenue, and Sales teams
- Ability to manage capacity, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in an Agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of using OKRs, sprint planning, and structured roadmaps
- Commitment to maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
- Familiarity with RACI frameworks to define operational responsibilities
Desirable
- Experience with SOX compliance and establishing Segregation of Duties
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and business operations
- Strong foundation in Agile methodologies (sprints, user stories, retrospectives)
- Experience architecting enterprise data flows for core business systems
What the job involves
- As a Solutions Architect, Business Systems, you will own and optimize critical enterprise SaaS platforms that power our Go-To-Market, Quote-to-Cash, Finance, and other core business processes
- Your expertise in system architecture, integration strategies, and automation will be key to enabling scale, improving efficiency, and enhancing the user experience across the organization
- This is a hands-on role where you will design solutions, implement them in partnership with internal teams and external consultants, and drive the technical roadmap to support our evolving business needs
- Design system architectures and integration strategies to support global scalability
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities within existing platforms
- Lead the implementation of integration and automation initiatives to enhance productivity
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Sales, and other Operations teams to align business systems with strategic objectives
- Collaborate with internal system admins, engineers, and external consultants to build and optimize enterprise solutions
- Maintain a high bar for security, compliance, and operational excellence
- Leverage AI, automation, and modern integration tools to enhance system efficiency
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
- Implement best practices for system governance, data integrity, and technical documentation
