What the job involves
- We’re looking for a world-class Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic right hand to our CEO and leadership team
- This is a high-impact, high-trust role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and is eager to be in the room where big decisions get made
- Act as a thought partner/”right hand” to the CEO—help drive strategic priorities and keep the company aligned
- Coordinate board materials, investor updates, and critical communications
- Be the eyes and ears within the organization for the CEO
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution across departments, with an emphasis on customer delivery and product
- Own and refine internal operating cadence (OKRs, leadership meetings, planning cycles)
- Dive into critical projects where gaps exist (strategy, operations, hiring, or crisis response)
