Who you are
- Proven success in closing high-value enterprise SaaS deals ($250K–$1M+ ACV)
- 4+ years of experience in an enterprise sales role, preferably within IT or security
- Disciplined sales methodology with a track record of consistently exceeding quota
- Self-motivated, high-energy approach, strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of this evolution, driving strategic sales initiatives into some of the world’s largest and most influential companies
- With a unified platform that brings together UEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Compliance Automation, and Workforce Identity, you will help enterprise customers modernize how they secure users, apps, and devices through AI-powered orchestration
- This is a high-impact role based in our performance-driven Miami environment
- You will partner with enterprise customers to help them unlock the full value of Iru’s platform and position Iru as the definitive leader in unified identity, endpoint, and compliance management
- Success in this role means consistently exceeding expectations, shaping what world-class enterprise sales execution looks like, and accelerating Iru’s trajectory as the category-defining platform that gives IT and security teams time and control back
- Own the sales process from initial engagement through contract negotiation, closing new enterprise accounts with ACVs ranging from $250K–$1M+
- Build and manage a strategic sales pipeline using a disciplined and methodical approach to qualification and deal execution
- Deliver compelling, consultative presentations, demonstrating deep product knowledge and a solutions-driven sales approach
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders to drive urgency and secure executive buy-in
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with a compensation structure designed to reward top performers
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry insights and technical acumen to drive value for enterprise customers
Our take
Device and application management is essential for the maintenance of an IT stack, with particular emphasis on frequent updating and compliance. This can be a laborious and repetitive task, so management software exists to automate these processes. However, existing solutions are generally aimed towards IT departments running on Windows.
Iru, formerly Kandji, provides a mobile device management platform that facilitates the remote maintenance of Apple-based IT stacks. Users can manage IT devices, applications, networking and compliance within a zero-touch automation system. The need for this service in companies using Apple hardware is clear: it has been adopted by major enterprises such as Belkin, Crunchbase and Notion.
As the Apple device management market is also expanding at speed, Iru is well poised to continue its run of success. It has raised significant funding across several rounds, the latest of which came in 2024 and helped it launch its new AI-powered unified IT and security platform. This new product signifies a new approach to IT and security management and exemplifies Iru's ability to continuously innovate its market.
