Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of sales experience at a technology or management consulting company with consistent attainment or out-performance of sales goals
- Direct experience selling to employers
- Successful track record of developing high-profile, long-term business relationships with executive stakeholders
- Domain expertise of the healthcare system in the United States and a curiosity to keep learning the intricacies and changes within the industry
- Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/knowledge. We are happy to work with strong candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds
What the job involves
- As part of our Enterprise Growth team at Turquoise Health, you will be the face of the company and directly responsible for sales and expansion in the segment. You will own the full sales cycle – building relationships with executive stakeholders, designing solutions, managing negotiations, and finalizing contracts with employers
- We need a hardworking, curious, entrepreneurial self-starter looking to change how we pay for healthcare and ready to bring a new product to market
- Identify new sales enterprise opportunities and develop them into high-value opportunities to fuel our growth at Turquoise Health
- Build relationships and establish communications at the highest executive levels to understand their needs and priorities and to speed up and simplify the deal process
- Own the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities
- Collaborate and share customer feedback with Product to identify new offerings to continuously increase the value of Turquoise Health
- Diligently update Salesforce, our CRM, so we can learn more about our business and customers

Turquoise Health empowers patients to make informed care decisions through price transparency. By providing a platform for comparing prices across different hospitals, they allow consumers to compare healthcare costs the same way many search for a hotel or flights.
Regardless of new rules and legislation, the healthcare industry has continued to provide limited insight into exact costs of care. This keeps patients from understanding the price of care in advance, often resulting in surprise billing. Turquoise's platform makes it easier for hospitals and payers to comply with price transparency regulations, supporting patients to make the best decisions for their healthcare and their wallets.
The company has raised impressive funding which has already supported expansion of its platform and offerings. The newest injection of capital will go towards the launch of further transparent pricing workflows, bringing added value to its customer base of over 160 healthcare organizations.
