Director of Marketing, Alaffia Health

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with senior leadership
• Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

• As the marketing lead, the director will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align the marketing strategy with Alaffia’s business goals and growth objectives
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Alaffia’s mission and business objectives
• Identify target markets, audience personas, and positioning strategies that resonate with healthcare providers, health plans, and other relevant stakeholders
• Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate Alaffia’s value proposition and drive interest in our services and solutions
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Alaffia’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints Ensure that Alaffia’s voice and messaging resonate with our target audience and align with company values
• Lead digital marketing efforts across email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and paid advertising
