What the job involves

As an Associate Account Executive at Rho, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, focusing on lead generation, sales support, and client engagement
This position is designed to be a launching pad for your career in fintech and software sales, offering a clear path to becoming a full Account Executive within a year
In this role, you will be at the forefront of Rho's growth initiatives, working closely with Senior Account Executives to drive new business and support existing client relationships
You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of fintech, gaining hands-on experience with our innovative all-in-one financial platform that combines corporate cards, payments, and banking services
Your responsibilities will span a range of critical sales activities, from conducting outreach through phone, email, and in-person interactions to attending industry events and meeting potential clients
This position will challenge you to develop a deep understanding of Rho's value proposition and articulate it effectively to prospects across various industries
Conduct lead-generation activities through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives
Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships
Learn and articulate Rho's value proposition to prospects
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
