Who you are
- 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to write thoughtful, concise, and compelling outreach messages
- Experience with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team and fuel our growth in the market. You’ll work with a group of AEs and Marketers targeting accounts using a highly strategic, account-based approach
- This is not your typical spray-and-pray SDR role. You’ll be deeply embedded in a coordinated GTM team, crafting custom messaging, acting on buying signals, and generating pipeline in some of our highest-potential accounts
- Partner with dedicated AE's to drive outbound activity across a defined book of Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategic accounts
- Execute structured outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and marketing-generated leads
- Leverage tools like SFDC, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to prioritize and personalize outreach
- Track account engagement signals and respond to real-time interest from marketing campaigns
- Set qualified meetings that turn into high-quality opportunities
- Contribute to team strategy and provide feedback on messaging, content, and campaign effectiveness

The lack of integrated medical records is one of the largest obstacles the healthcare industry faces. Clinics must organise appointments and manage both paper and electronic health records, a process which is time-consuming and error-prone.
NexHealth is setting out to change this by building its own data-sharing highway. The platform enables real-time scheduling of healthcare appointments, care-to-patient communications and digital record management. Not only does this help doctors digitise their practices and provide a better patient experience, but it also means developers at other healthcare companies can use NexHealth’s piping (rather than integrate with hundreds of different electronic health records).
In 2022, NexHealth reached a valuation of over $1B, solidifying its status as a Unicorn, and with the support of numerous investors, the company is poised for further expansion. That same year, it opened a new office in Utah (its largest physical presence), marking an exciting new chapter in NexHealth's journey, offering the chance for more groundbreaking work and the expansion of its team.
