What the job involves

We’re looking for a motivated SDR Manager
Manage our SDR Team and foster a collaborative, engaging, and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team’s success
Establish, implement, and optimize outbound playbooks and campaigns to achieve new business targets and align with broader company initiatives
Use data and insights to discover actionable segments, optimize conversion rates, and provide support to the SDRs where needed
Own utilization of our sales development tech stack to drive efficiency. Stay up to date with emerging technologies to drive innovation
Manage quota on a monthly and quarterly basis and coach the team to improve their research, outbound, and qualification skills

Our take

C1 is an identity security company that helps IT and security teams by automating privileges and compliance. It automates identity security, thus enabling companies to understand what is happening across their operations and what actions could impact someone’s program access permissions.

Originally know as ConductorOne, the company rebranded in 2026. This change accompanied the broadening of its platform to address identity governance for AI tools and agents. Regarding the past success of its Access Request product - which saved IT teams the time they would spend provisioning - we expect this extension to bring similar value to C1's clients.

C1 is well-funded, having raised substantial investment from the likes of GreyCroft and CrowdStrike. This has supported the company in accelerating growth and scaling operations, and gave it a solid foundation from which to address what identity looks like in the post-AI for business era.
