• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role, with a focus on personalization, sales, and marketing
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art algorithms and paradigms in machine learning, particularly in recommendation systems, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation
• Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, or similar
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable ML infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
