Demand Generation Marketing Lead, Mistral AI

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement in the B2B software space
• Proficiency using core demand gen & overall digital marketing toolsExperience implementing and building a demand gen marketing stack including tools like Markops platforms (Hubspot / Marketo / etc.) + ABM tools (SFDC / ZoomInfo / etc.) + Marketing analytics (Google analytics. etc.)
• Content management systems like Wordpress
• Stay up-to-date with the latest demand generation technologies and trends
• Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related field in the B2B software space - with Enterprise expertise
• Thorough knowledge of GTM systems (including CRM, marketing automation, warm outbound tools, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and measure performance
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, as they apply to the B2B software market
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Develop and implement demand generation strategies that align with business objectives and revenue targets

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, webinars, content syndication, paid media, and events
• Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively
